TrendTrack vs Minea

Last verified July 15, 2026. Prices and features checked live on a paid TrendTrack (Agency trial) account and a paid Minea (Premium) account.

Open TrendTrack and Minea in two tabs and you could be forgiven for mixing them up. Same Meta and TikTok ad libraries, same estimated-revenue column on stores, same brand tracker in the sidebar.

On paper they are twins, and both pitch the same job: one tab to spy on winning ads and products. Run every filter on paid accounts, though, and the data underneath tells a different story. We did exactly that in July 2026, and our verdict on the tool covers the TrendTrack side in full.

TrendTrack wins on coverage and depth: Meta, TikTok and Google ads, Ad Rank, video-hook transcripts and estimated EU spend, from $59/mo. Minea wins on price and product discovery: winning-product feeds and a cheaper $49/mo entry. Pick TrendTrack for serious ad spy, Minea for a product-first start.

Overall winner: TrendTrack. Best value entry: Minea.

The two tools at a glance

Both tools sell themselves as the all-in-one ad-spy suite for Shopify sellers. Minea leans on product discovery and a cheaper entry point, with a big library of Meta and TikTok ads and a daily feed of winning products.

TrendTrack leans on coverage and depth: three ad platforms instead of two, real EU spend, and a brand tracker that follows a competitor’s entire funnel. If the name is new to you, here is what TrendTrack actually is in five minutes.

TrendTrack

From $59/mo ($41 annually)

Ads: Meta, TikTok, Google

337M+ ads, 1.87M stores

Edge: whole-funnel Brandtracker, Ad Rank, Google Ads spy, API and MCP.

Minea

From $49/mo ($34 annually)

Ads: Meta, TikTok

100M+ ads, product-first

Edge: daily winning-product feeds, sourcing, a training academy, lower entry price.

TrendTrack Ads module with Meta, TikTok and Google platform tabs and a counter of over 340 million ads, plus a grid of ads with Ad Rank badges
TrendTrack’s Ads library spans three platforms, Meta, TikTok and Google, across 340M+ indexed ads, each carrying an Ad Rank badge (checked July 2026).

Data coverage: how much each one sees

Coverage is the first place the twins split. TrendTrack indexes 337M+ ads across Meta, TikTok and Google, alongside a 1.87M-store Shopify database, an Advertisers index and an email library, all with live counters in the app.

Minea’s ad library is large too, at 100M+ ads, but it spans two platforms, Meta and TikTok, and the product leans toward browsing ads and products rather than a giant filterable store index. Both are more data than a single operator can chew through in a week.

Minea’s own ad library, verified in-app: two tabs, Meta and TikTok, over 100M ads, and no Google tab.

Coverage verdict: TrendTrack. Same order of magnitude on ads, but a third platform and a far bigger store index give it the wider net.

Ad spy depth: Ad Rank, hooks and Google Ads

Volume is one thing, reading it is another. This is where TrendTrack pulls ahead. Its Ad Rank score, shipped January 29, 2026, ranks the winning ads in a niche even without EU impression data, so you are not just staring at a wall of live creatives.

The Brandtracker goes deeper still. Point it at a store and its Hooks & Scripts tab transcribes competitor video ads, its Timeline lays out every ad’s lifespan as a Gantt chart, and its LP tab previews the landing pages behind them.

TrendTrack scores each ad: this one sits at Ad Rank #27/249, Top 10%, with its rank history and a “used in 2 other ads” copy-reuse flag. Minea has no equivalent ranking.

Then there is the platform gap. TrendTrack added Google Ads as a third source on July 1, 2026, so you can see a store’s Google ads next to its Meta and TikTok ones. If you want the mechanics, here is how Google Ads transparency works.

Minea is not empty here. It offers AI analysis and AI transcripts of individual ads, capped per plan, which is genuinely useful. But it reads Meta and TikTok only, and it has no equivalent ranked, whole-brand view of winning creatives.

Ad-spy depth verdict: TrendTrack, clearly. Ad Rank, brand-wide hook transcripts and a third ad platform are hard to match.

Product research and discovery

Now the direction reverses. Minea is built product-first, and it shows. Its Produits module, AI lists and a daily “Top 10” feed surface winning products and the ads behind them, updated every day, with sourcing links attached.

If your bottleneck is “what do I even sell,” Minea hands you a shortlist faster. That is its strongest card, and it is a real one.

TrendTrack approaches products from the store side instead. You find them through the Shops database, its Est. Revenue column, and an AI Image Search that finds every store selling a product from a screenshot. Powerful, but there is no dedicated daily winning-product feed.

Minea also estimates store revenue: its Estimated daily revenue column here reads $582 to $4k a day, all estimated from public signals.

Product discovery verdict: Minea, by a nose. The daily product feeds are more beginner-friendly than TrendTrack’s store-led approach. Keep in mind those revenue figures, on both tools, are estimated from public signals, not audited numbers.

Competitor tracking and alerts

Both tools let you track a competitor and get notified when it moves. The depth is not equal, though.

TrendTrack’s Brandtracker follows a store’s whole funnel: ten Meta sub-tabs, TikTok ads and organic content, a 2.49M-page Advertisers index, a 6M-plus email swipe file, plus notifications across seven event types and a daily digest.

Minea’s Tracked Shops follows stores too, and a new Comparator lets you line up several side by side, with notifications on up to 10 shops on Premium. What it does not have is an email module, an advertisers index, TikTok organic, or an API and MCP server to automate any of it.

Tracking verdict: TrendTrack. Minea tracks stores; TrendTrack tracks a competitor’s entire marketing funnel and lets you pipe it into your own stack.

Pricing and gating

On the sticker, Minea is cheaper. Its plans run $49, $99 and $199 a month; TrendTrack’s run $59, $89 and $149, with an unlisted Agency tier at $200. Both cut roughly a third off for annual billing.

Plan tier TrendTrack Minea
Entry $59 ($41 annual) $49 ($34 annual)
Mid (full ad spy) $89 ($62 annual) $99 ($69 annual)
Top $149 ($104 annual), Agency $200 $199 ($139 annual)

The sticker price hides the real question: what does the cheapest plan actually unlock? Both tools gate their headline feature above the entry tier, and that changes the math.

Gating check: TrendTrack’s Ads and Advertisers modules start on Pro ($89). Minea’s Shops and Brand tracker start on Premium ($99). On both, the cheapest plan cannot do full ad spy.

On Minea’s monthly plans, Shops and Brand tracker are crossed out on Starter (49 EUR) and only unlock on Premium (99 EUR), verified in-app July 2026.

Read that closely and the value flips. To spy on ads properly you need TrendTrack Pro at $89 or Minea Premium at $99, so the tool with the higher sticker entry is the cheaper one where it counts, and it adds Google Ads, an Advertisers index and emails on top.

Pricing verdict: split. Cheapest way in is Minea ($49). Cheapest way to real ad spy is TrendTrack Pro ($89, below Minea’s $99).

When Minea is the better pick

This is not a shutout. There are real cases where Minea is the smarter buy, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

If your priority is finding products to sell rather than dissecting a competitor’s ad account, Minea’s daily feeds do that job with less friction. If you are early and want structured learning, its Academy, community and coaching are a fuller onboarding than TrendTrack offers. And if budget is the hard constraint, the $49 door and a limited free plan are easier to walk through.

Minea pros

  • Cheaper entry ($49) and a limited free plan
  • Daily winning-product feeds and sourcing
  • Academy, community and coaching for beginners
  • Estimated store revenue and EU spend, like TrendTrack

Minea cons

  • No Google Ads, no TikTok organic
  • No email spy, no Advertisers index
  • No Ad Rank, no API or MCP automation
  • Store tracking gated to Premium ($99)

The verdict

Both tools are legitimate, and the right answer depends on the job you are hiring one for. So here is the split by profile rather than a single winner. If neither lands, what else is on the market widens the field to six tools.

If you scale on paid ads, run an agency, or want to read competitors’ real spend, ad rank and video hooks across three platforms, and automate it through an API, TrendTrack is the tool, and ad spy unlocks on Pro ($89/mo). If you are a beginner or product hunter on a tight budget who mostly wants winning-product ideas, Minea from $49/mo is a fair, cheaper start.

The bottom line

Spying on ads across Meta, TikTok and Google?

TrendTrack covers all three, ranks the winners and reads estimated EU spend. Ad spy unlocks on Pro ($89/mo, or $62/mo billed annually). Starter ($59) covers the Shops database and the free extension.

FAQ

Is TrendTrack better than Minea?

For full ad spy, yes: TrendTrack covers Meta, TikTok and Google Ads (Minea covers Meta and TikTok only), adds Ad Rank, video-hook transcripts, an Advertisers index and an Emails swipe file, and is programmable via its API and MCP server. Minea is better if your priority is a cheaper, product-discovery-first tool, though it is worth weighing the broader Minea alternatives on the market. TrendTrack starts at $59/mo, Minea at $49/mo.

Is Minea cheaper than TrendTrack?

At entry yes, Minea Starter is $49/mo versus TrendTrack Starter at $59/mo, but the plans gate differently. Minea’s Shops and Brand tracker start on Premium ($99/mo), while TrendTrack’s Ads and Advertisers start on Pro ($89/mo). For full ad spy, TrendTrack Pro ($89) is actually cheaper than Minea Premium ($99).

Does Minea track Google Ads?

No, and it is a real gap: as verified in-app in July 2026, Minea’s ad library covers Meta and TikTok only. TrendTrack added Google Ads as a third platform on July 1, 2026, so it shows a store’s Google ads alongside its Meta and TikTok ones. If Google Ads spy matters to you, that difference is decisive.

Do both tools estimate store revenue?

Yes, both show an estimated revenue figure per store (TrendTrack’s Est. Revenue column, Minea’s Estimated daily revenue), plus monthly visits, Shopify theme, apps and pixels. Treat these as estimates, not audited numbers. TrendTrack indexes 1.87M stores and layers estimated EU and UK ad spend on top, while Minea leans more toward product discovery.

Which should a beginner choose, TrendTrack or Minea?

If you are starting out and mostly want winning-product ideas and cheap sourcing, Minea is a fair first tool, and its Academy and community help. If you plan to scale on paid ads and want to read competitors’ real spend, ad rank and video hooks across three platforms, TrendTrack pays off quickly, especially since ad spy unlocks on Pro ($89/mo).
